Have seen the infomercial for P90X on TV several times, always thought it's just another useless exercise routine on tape. Last week I decided to give some of the exercises a try, IT IS HARD!!! The ab exercises alone is more than I can handle, couldn't even complete all the reps recommended for each exercise. I thought I was in pretty good shape before, only to realize I'm far from it. Just finished a total body routine, my muscles are aching more than going to the gym, and so are my sweating. I now actually believe those before/after result pictures from P90X users are real, wish I had started this before the summer beach season, could've looked much better.
I recommend this to everyone, just the Ab Ripper X routine alone is worth giving it a try. Best thing is it only takes 15 minutes, I'm already seeing results after 3 sessions.
