P90X week 1
Finished one week of workout using P90X routines (4 sessions, 30 minute each). Went to the gym once during the week, my abs are noticeably stronger than before. Gained 2 pounds of muscle weight, and feeling much fitter than before. Will continue to mix it with gym workouts and try to keep this up, it's definitely not an easy workout routine.
