Lamin-X
The problem with head lights is that eventually the light covers will fog, and it's a pain to polish it out. A fellow G driver introduced me to Lamin-X protective films which looked good on his black G37. I ordered a set for the front headlights to protect it from rock chips and so I'd never have to polish again, only to realize the films are darker than I expected, and made the overall look a bit unbalanced. I then ordered a set for the rear lights, got the lightest color, but it's still darker than the front. Actually liked how bright the red lights are in the back, but had to darken it so everything flows. The film is made of relatively thick plastic and not the usual thin overlay tint films, hopefully it'll last forever.
